OVERVIEW

FULL TIME POSITION  |  HOURS OF OPERATION MON – FRI 8:30AM TO 4:00 PM

HBI Sales Representatives are vital to delivering customer service and reaching sale targets. While all positions at HBI Canada require working as part of a team, your individual responsibilities as a Sales Representative includes demonstrating outstanding customer service and product knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professional in answering incoming calls with superior customer service using a Multi-line phone system
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Entering and finalizing orders
  • Promoting monthly sales and new items
  • Handling all returns courteously and professionally
  • Resolving claims and performing investigations regarding shipping companies
  • Following up with existing customers
  • Acquiring new clients
  • Attending Tradeshows and brand specific events
  • Maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting HBI’s commitment to our customers
  • Maintaining showroom floor presentations, and restocking them as needed
  • Professional, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Performing other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate Computer knowledge and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Strong Work ethic with strong attention to detail
  • Office oriented, self-starter and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An outgoing professional personality with positive “can do” performance
  • Ability to Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge in SAP is an asset

The role of HBI Canada’s Sales Manager is vital in coordinating the sales team and ensuring sale targets are reached. While all positions at HBI Canada require working as part of a team, your individual responsibilities as a Personal Assistant includes assisting the Sales Manager with customer sales, demonstrating a high level of organizational skills, displaying outstanding customer service and administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Sales manager with administrative and sales duties
  • Professional in answering incoming calls and passing on messages, with superior customer service using a Multi-line phone system
  • Awareness of HBI Canada products is an asset
  • Entering and finalizing orders
  • Promoting monthly sales and new items
  • Creating mailers and flyers
  • Assisting with catalog creation
  • Handling all returns courteously and professionally
  • Resolving claims and performing investigations regarding shipping companies
  • Following up with existing customers
  • Attending Tradeshows and brand specific events
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting HBI’s commitment to our customers
  • Professional, dependable attendance and punctuality

The role of HBI Canada’s Warehouse Junior Associate is vital for completing our client’s orders on time and to the highest quality. While all positions at HBI Canada require working as part of a team, your individual responsibilities as a Junior associate includes picking, packing and receiving orders, demonstrating a high level of work ethic and have a desire for working in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Picking, Packing and receiving orders
  • Awareness of HBI Canada’s products is an asset
  • Training will be provided on hand-held devices, computer software and machinery
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting HBI’s commitment to our customers
  • Professional, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Work is physical, and you must be able to lift 40lbs
  • Must be able to work well with others and possess strong attention to detail
  • Experience preferred but not necessary
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions
